Making progress...

Up to 6 lbs. I fell off the wagon last week...mostly stress eating with finals and group projects. But, miraculously, I still managed to lose 2 lbs. Weird!

I'm not complaining. Just sayin'.

Back on the Wagon for Good

Okay, it's been 3 weeks that I have followed WW very closely and in 3 weeks, I've lost 3 lbs.

I am back on the wagon and there to stay!

One thing that is helping is using WW e-tools to track my points. It's fast and easy and helps me track those flex points and activity points. One thing I learned is that I was giving myself way too many activity points. Apparently, I was using the calculation for running 9 minute miles....I DO NOT run 9 minute miles. Far from it. So, that was a bit of a bummer, but also a reality check that was badly needed.

I'm not going to update often, but I'll check back from time to time to report successes!

Update

Well, I haven't posted here lately. I did go back to WW 3 weeks ago. When I started my new job, I figured why not make an effort to get back on WW at the same time? Lucky for me, there are 4 others from my office that go to a meeting during lunch every Monday.

So, I've been going to meetings with them each week for 3 weeks now. The results? Almost 3 lbs lost!

I'm trying not to get too excited. I've been down that road before...lose a few pounds, get excited, eat too much and gain it right back. So, rather than focus on it so much, type out every little detail about my diet and spend so much energy obsessing about it, I am just going to post a little here and a little there. I am keeping my daily log, but I am not obsessing. For now, that's working for me. At the moment, eating better is coming to me easily...of course it helps to go to lunch with the WW buddies and hold each other accountable.

I give up...

for now at least.

I am just not in the right frame of mind to do this. In the 1st 5 weeks of WW at work, I lost a whopping 2.6 lbs. Then, last week I managed to gain 2.2 lbs, for a total loss of .4 lbs.

I'm a WW Lifetime member. I know what to do, but I am just not motivated to do it. I have been paying for 2 years to attend meetings in hopes of getting back to my goal weight. However, I have just farted around for the past 2 years instead. I've lost a few pounds, then gained a few. Lost a few more, gained even more. Lost again, gained again. You get the idea.

I give up. Until I am ready to really do it, there's just no point in spending time blogging about it. Hopefully, I'll see you again in the near future. Ready to go. Ready to get my ass in gear.

Until then.........sigh.

Update

There's a good reason I haven't posted here. The amount of crap I have been consuming would take me all day to type! :-)

I am happy to report that our Weight Watchers at work program started yesterday. I am back on the wagon and here to stay. I became a WW lifetime member through an at-work program and enjoyed going through the whole experience with my co-workers. So, I am hoping to have the same experience again. I am determined to lose that evil last 10 lbs this time...for good too!
